I know I may not able to help reduce them completely but I can surely try.
The first thing that you need to understand is the cause of the circles. There are many reasons that someone can have the appearance of dark circle:
- Lack of sleep
- Heredity
- Straining the eyes
- Old age
- Allergies
- Illness
- Medications
- Too Much exposure to the sun
- Pregnancy
These reasons can go on and on, but I don't want to have a train of reasons. LOL.

Below are just some ways that you can reduce dark circles. If you have any that I left out please feel free to leave a comment below telling me about it. I can seriously use the help LOL.
- Cold tea back. (using cold tea bags will help in reducing puffiness and dark circles.)
- Raw potatoes (potatoes contain catecholase, an enzyme that lightens skin.)
- Cucumber (slices of cucumber helps soothing the eyes and resting them)
- Almond oil (this has to be done religiously) You will not be able to get an effect out of this with out using it religiously. Along with potatoes this also helps in lightening the skin.)
