Skin healer

Potatos are the most widely found vegitable in the kitchens,which have wonderful properties when it comes on skin.it helps in vanishing dark spots,tan,dark circles,sun burns,wrinkles,skin lightening,cleanser,eye puffiness etc etc..

Apply potato juice or smashed raw potato on your face or the affected area for 20 minutes and wash off with plain water every thrice in a week to see the diffrence on face for spots,wrinkles,tan etc.

For dark circle and eye puffines-
Apply slice of potato on your eye area and relax for 10 to 15 minutes everday for minimum 15 days to see the change,incase of heavy dark circles before going to bed you can apply potato juice on your dark circles massage for 2minutes till absorbs and wash it off next morning.

Brighten whiten teeth at home

Helloooo eveyone

    Today i am going to share with you natural way to whiten your teeth at home.

1.Baking soda and lime juice
2.salt and lime juice
3.banana peel

Baking soda mixed with lime juice makes a paste like foam which is used to brush your teeth twice a week in a gap of 2 days.

Mix a pinch of salt with lime juice and brush your teeth twice a week.

Rub the inner part banana peel on your teeth,you can do it more offen then the other remedies as it is mild but be gentle on your teeth..

Try this for an amazingly brighten whiten teeth at home..

Tips for strong teeth-muching crunchy fruits and veggies like coconut,carrot,raddish,cucumber,apple,guava etc helps in building stronger teeth.

LUSTROUS HAIR

STOP HAIR FALL- apply onion juice on your hair root with cotton.keep on for 40 minutes and wash out with mild shampoo.it smells a bit but trust me works wonder for hair,it not only stops hairfalls but also strengths the hair roots.


DEEP CONDITIONING- take 2 scoops of yogurt and 1 egg mix in nice and apply on clean hair foe 30 minutes ans wash of with mind shampoo...mix more if you have long hair

EXFOLIATING SCRUB

make a paste using unfined ground almond,milk and honey and apply on your face or body keep on for 10 to 15 minutes and wash  off in circular motion with wet hand it exfoliates the skin and make skin super soft,,ideal for pr- wedding brides

PINk BABY SOFT LIPS

mix rose patels and honey together untill the petals mixes well and apply on lips for 20 minutes and wipe off with cotton to get pink baby soft lips.you can also add few drops on lemon juice if you have pigmented lips

INSTANT GLOW FACIALS




 1.mash pulp of ripe papaya and apply on face,leave it for 20 minutes and wash off with water..


2. a spoon of lemon juice and few drops of honey mix well ans apply with cotton,wash your face with water after 20 minutes and see your skin glowing,,this mask also helps in removing tan,scars,spots and blemishes if used twice a week
